How The Parlour - Salon & Barbershop ("The Parlour," "we") handles the information you share through this website. Last updated October 18, 2026.
What we collect
Contact form: your name, your email or phone number, what you're reaching out about, and your message.
Booking intake form: your name, phone, email, whether you're a new or returning client and, for new clients, how you heard about us, who referred you (if anyone), the service you want, notes about your hair and your Instagram or Facebook handle if you choose to add them. You also tell us you agree to the salon policies.
How you found us: with either form we also send the page you first landed on, the site that sent you here, and any campaign tags in the link you clicked (such as utm_source or an ad click ID). This tells us which ads, posts and listings bring people in.
Who processes it
Form submissions are received and stored by Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website, and emailed to Gina. Appointments, deposits and payments are handled by Square on Square's own booking page, under Square's privacy policy. The map on our contact page is provided by Google and only loads if you choose to show it.
How we use it
Only to reply to you, prepare for your appointment and understand how people find the salon. We don't sell or rent your information and we don't use it for anyone else's marketing.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are kept while they're useful for serving you as a client and are deleted on request.
Cookies and analytics
See our cookie policy. Analytics only runs if you accept cookies, and we treat a browser's Global Privacy Control signal as a "no."
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call or text (518) 441-4556 or use the contact form.
Children
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Parents booking for a child fill in the forms themselves.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
